Sigma-Gama LLC (Company or us or our) adheres to the practices detailed in this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") in respect of your use of our Website, Installation Platform or Software or offer Services such as browser extension or mobile launcher and our Service provided therein (as defined in our Terms of Service (Terms). This Privacy Policy shall be binding upon any user using or attempting to use the Browsing Products or any content available therein.Further, by downloading or installing or using the Browsing Product or our services, or by accepting this Privacy Policy and the EULA, you also consent to the following privacy policy of Yahoo, whose product might be offered to you as part of our service, available in the following link: https://info.yahoo.com/privacy/us/yahoo/search/details.html (“ThirdParty’s Policies”).This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect from our users, how such information may be used or shared with others, how we safeguard it and how you may exercise your rights related to your Personal Data (as such term is defined below) under the following legislation:(i) The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which shall apply to you in the event you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA); and(ii) The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") which shall apply to you in the event you are a California resident, as defined under the CCPA.
MINOR
We do not use the Services to knowingly collect data from and/or market the Offer to "Children" as defined under any applicable law and specifically under the age of 16 in the EEA or 13 in the U.S.A. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND PURPOSE OF USE
We use the information collected to: (i) respond to user’s requests, support and, if applicable, investigate any issues a user raises; (ii) send periodic emails or to keep user informed with updates; (iii) enable the Browsing Product to work as is intended, maintain, measure, improve and customize our Browsing Product to your needs and interests and provide you with such content we believe may interest you. The first type of information is non-identifiable information, which may be made available or gathered via the user’s use of the Browsing Products or bundle plugins (“Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-Personal Information was collected. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS
You may remove the Offer and reset your device settings at any time.
